I own two brand new Trigkey Comps, S5 and G4 as i only use one for gaming I swapped the ram. I had 2x 8gb DDR4 and 1x 16gb DDR4 all same specs and manufaturing company. apon inserting it shows 8gb in both systems. yup the 16gb ramn shows 8g when i put it back in the single slot g4 and my S5 shows 8GB and will not register its second slot. how can a 16gb ram show only 8gb opn a single slot??? i have not touched the bios and was medical practice on the install.... any thoughts?!?!?
