  I guess so. I now go with a Bluetooth headset as the workaround.

  Thanks. I chose the microphone as the input in Windows Sound Setting. I also reinstalled the driver. The issue is still there.

• G4 - The Microphone does not work

  When I plug in a headset with mic into the 3.5mm jack, the audio is OK, the microphone does not work. How to fix this issue?
