I bought a new S5 5800H mini pc with 32GB and 1TB. I am using the win11 that came already installed.
Problem: When the cpu has high usage and at the same time I am downloading a file via WiFi, then the download speed gets to almost zero. In fact, sometimes with 100% CPU usage the WiFi disconnects. I tried new and old versions of the WiFi driver but that didn't help. I need technical support to help me resolve this or I'll have to return the PC back to the seller. Thank you.
