On my G4 N100, CPUID HWMonitor seems to work well enough, but sometimes the clock frequency or usage jumps up to unrealistic numbers. For better accuracy you might want to use HWInfo, but that software can be quite overwhelming at points, because there are too many sensors.
I've Trigkey S6, AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX , as per the benchmark application I need to enable XMP option in Bios. could you tell me please how can I enable it or what is the equivalent option?
