I've had this product for nearly 2 months and it has been fine. However, today it will not boot and when I enter the bios it is not seeing the NVME drive (windows boot manager)? Have tried reseating the NVME drive but still the same. The error message at start up is in the picture.

@Nicolas Poupinet Thank you for that but I was unable to fix it. Have had conversations with support and after trying additional things it appears my NVMe drive is dead. A new one is going to be sent out to me.

Just to close this out. I received a new SSD and everything is back up and running.
Support from Trigkey was excellent.
