Secure Erase option in Aptio AMI BIOS

  I am trying to clean my SSD, and have read the best way to remove data from a SSD is using Secure Erase in the BIOS.

  I entered the BIOS and it is Version 2.22.1282 AMI - Aptio Setup.

  I don't see any option for Secure Erase in the BIOS.

  Is Secure Erase an option?
