Was doing a speed test on my portable NVME Drive (rataded at about 1500Mb read and write) and this is the speed I got before system dropped connectin. Sending back to Amazon for refund. Everything else was spot on for this unit.
Please! Before testing your new computer, update all of its drivers! Then, you will be more confident in sharing the quality of your acquisition! I constantly recommend this free software, devoid of any bloatware, namely: DraversCloud.
I'm having a similar problem with my S5 5800H. Only three of the 4 USB ports are working, and the USB-C isn't working either. I should have:
USB3.2 x 3
USB2.0 x 1
Type-C x 1

Sorry to hijack your thread, but I don't have the option of creating a thread of my own on this forum! I'm not very familiar with Windows, so I'm not sure what to do. I'd rather not use a third party website to download drivers...

Too bad for you, I think you're wrong! Driverscloud doesn't install on your PC, it establishes communication with their servers and detects the drivers and their version. Then you are free to download only one, but while you're at it, you might as well have the latest updated drivers for optimal operation and better interaction between the components.
