  @D Christ My is Manufucturer  also Trigkey and I have the same problem: Power on USB-C when Trigkey Shutdown. I have a Baseus USB-D Hub with a Control light and thats On.

  I think its a driver problem. Can you boot from a Linux Mint Lifesystem test it? GGf. Include under drivers the Linux driver.
