G4 N100 WiFi - Linux Mint 21.2

  Hi,

  I set this up with original Windows and the WiFi worked, so the hardware must be ok.

  Subsequently, I installed Linux Mint 21.2 which I have fully working on a laptop (wifi working) but wifi does not work in Linux Mint (ethernet port does work).

  I am using kernel 6.2.0-37-generic. inxi -Fz shows the Intel wifi deveice but shows driver as 'N/A' and the is no wifi device showing in iwconfig.

  Question - is there a Intel driver available for Linux (Mint is a Debian/Ubuntu derivative)?

  You need a later kernel, I think the Intel AX101 is supported from linux 6.4 or 6.5 onwards. I'm using Debian and Wifi works fine on the G4.
